    Hasegawa Eishin Ryu Chuden

    HASEGAWA EISHIN RYU CHUDEN STYLE

    1. Yokogumo - facing east in tatsahitsa, stand up backward, and make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), left foot forward, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    2. Taraissoku - facing east in tatsahitsa, stand up backward, turn sword upside down at the same time,  and make a diagonal cut from the left (down) to the right (up), simultaneously make kesagiri from the right (up) to the  left (down), go down with the right foot forward, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the right foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    3. Inazuma sit face north in tatsahitsa, stand up backward, and block your right foot, , go down with the right foot forward drop cut makogiri, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the right foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    4. Ukigumo sit face north in tatsahitsa, while standing up hold tsuka in your left hand and hit from your left side your opponent in his hip, then hip your opponent from your right with the tsuka by moving a sword from above, simultaneously left foot moves in front of your right foot (toes upside down), push the tsuba, draw the sword and push your sword towards opponent's chest (toes normal), turn and with your left hand aim the blade while going down to the right side while making horisontal cut, turning to the east and readjusting sword above your head, step on your opponent with your left foot and move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    5. Yamashita Oroshi sit face north in tatsahitsa, turn to the east, with your left hand while turning tsuka upside down hit your opponent at the same time your right foot should face east, draw a sward over your right foot on your opponent's chest,  turn and with your left hand aim the blade while going down to the right side while making horisontal cut, turning to the east and readjusting sword above your head, step on your opponent with your right foot and move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    6. Iwanami - sit face south in tatsahitsa, standing up and draw your sword simultaneously with the left foot controlling the blade from above, turning the blade with sharp edge down simultaneously turning yourself to the east with your sword on the right side, make a small step with your left foot forward, then make a small step with your right foot forward striking with your blade simultaneously (strike like in billiard/pool),  while going down to the right side while making horisontal cut, turning to the east and readjusting sword above your head, step on your opponent with your right foot and move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    7. Urokogaesh - facing south in tatsahitsa, stand up backward, turn to the east and make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), left foot forward, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    8. Namigaesh facing north in tatsahitsa, stand up backward, turn to the east and make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), left foot forward, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    9. Takiotushi - facing west in tatsahitsa, twisting your tsuba like a circle clock counter wise, stand and hit your opponent with a tsuba at the same time on your left while left foot should face east,one step back while brining your sword in scabbard from under above and pulling it up while standing on your right leg (left foot up in the air) pushing tsuba, draw a sward and making and step back simultaneously. After second step hit your opponent with kissaki from above the head,   move forward with  a cut till the belly button (makkogiri), right foot forward, shiburi to the right, notto, slide the left foot back simultaneously, slide foot forward, and slide tsuka (up to 7 seconds), stand up, feet together, hold right hand on obi (belt), three steps back.
    10. Nukiuchi - sit face north in sezai (sitting position from Omori), pretending that you are bowing simultaneously draw sword, at the same time pick up your both knees from the floor and sit on your hills, while cutting put your knees down the floor, shiburi horizontal to the floor, while noto both legs are moving close to each other (body goes up), go down to sezai after hand reached kashira, in sezai slide tsuka down below, bow to your killed opponent.
