- Uto -
sit face north, 90 degree turning from west to north, right leg
forward, make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward with the upper
block, make a cut till the belly button, shiburi while standing up, right
foot back, notto while going down, slide tsuka (during 7 seconds), hold
hand on kashira, three steps back.
- Sato – sit face south, 90 degree turning from east
to north, left leg forward, make a cut on the level of the neck, move
forward with the upper block, make a cut till the belly button, shiburi
while standing up, right foot back, notto while going down, slide tsuka
(during 7 seconds), hold hand on kashira, three steps back.
- Atarito – sit face west, 180 degree turning from
south to east to north, left leg out, make a cut on the level of the neck,
move forward with the upper block, make a cut till the belly button,
shiburi while standing up, right foot back, notto while going down, slide
tsuka (during 7 seconds), hold hand on kashira, three steps back.
- Inyoshintai - sit
face east, make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward standing
up with bended knees, makkogiri with left foot forward
simultaneously (drop cut), shiburi to the right (blade horizontal), noto with
turning left foot back simultaneously, rising up and make a cut o the level of the neck,
move forward with the upper block, make a cut till the belly button,
shiburi while standing up, right foot back, notto while going down, slide
tsuka (during 7 seconds), hold hand on kashira, three steps back.
- Ryuto - sit face south, stand up with left foot forward, draw katana and block, move forward and cut on the pelvis level, move sword over the opponent body, turn blade sharp age facing front, slide tsuka, vertical shiburi, noto, three steps back.

- Seichuto - sit face north, 90 degree turning from west to north, right leg forward, make a cut with one hand cutting the opponent's wrists, move forward step on your opponent, and cut your opponent with makkogiri cut, shiburi while being on the floor, right foot back (semicircle), and notto while moving forward, slide tsuka, three steps back.

- Gyakuto Inyoshintai - sit face east, make a cut on the level of the neck, move forward with the the blade pointing forward, make a drop cut till the belly button (makkogiri), shiburi while left foot goes back (semicircle), at the point when notto almost done make a step back and make a block of your right leg, blade pointing down, go down, then step on your opponent with right foot forward, cut makkogiri, shiburi while standing up ("wet umbrella"), notto while standing, slide tsuka (during 7 seconds), hold hand on kashira, three steps back
- Batto -
sit face north in sezai (sitting position from Omori), pretending that
you are bowing simultaneously draw sword, while cutting put your body
goes down by splitting knees , cut till belly button, shiburi
horizontal to the floor, while noto both legs are moving close to each
other (body goes up), go down to sezai after hand reached kashira, in
sezai slide tsuka down below, bow to your killed opponent.
